As I stated in the WIP section at the Coterie forums:
A while back, I've seen other Kingdom Hearts fans conceptualize Sora-tachi (him, Donald and Goofy) as gargoyles from the Gargoyle series (it is Disney property, after all). Chester, on the other hand, is in no way property of Disney and, in hopes, will never become one (I've heard horror stories from former employees from Disney, be they animators, writers or cosplayers). On the contrary: Chester is property of Terrie Smith and Comix.
But that doesn't stop me from fantasizing on my part I love Chester, and I loved Sora as a lion cub, so I often wonder what Sora would look like if he were to come to the universe of the Known Galaxy Territory of Havoc, Inc. as an anthro-cat... or the popular anthro-fox (that's whenever people think of furries, the incorrect way).
This is basically a concept piece -- including outfit design -- of Chester as one of the summons for the first game, and playable support characters in the second game in the Known Galaxy Territory world. Chester was a space pirate, after all, and he is pretty good with a gun
I went all out in Photoshop with this one I wanted to see if I could import it to Illustrator and treat it as vectors, but I only have the old, cruddy one (version 10), and I didn't know how to use it, opposed to CorelDRAW, which I like, but it's still entirely different in structures and shortcut keys compared to Photoshop.
Did the pseudo-vector lines and color flats last night, then finished shading and bedazzling it while listening to the family read the 7th HP book aloud.
Program Used: Photoshop CS2

Exactly Maybe I'll ask you personally instead of a poll: what type of furry would Sora be (aside from a lion) in the world of Havoc Inc.? Cat, Fox, Dog, Wolf, or somethin' else? I go for cat, because I'm a feline fanatic.

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
